I will address your life chronologically from birth to present, looking at any emotional problems, energy levels, concentration, memory, sleep, pain, bloating, inflammation etc.
I will ask that you complete a food diary for one week so I can look at your diet. I will also look into the health of your bowels, menstruation, previous illnesses growing up, any surgeries, medications taken, vaccines, stress in your life as well as levels of exercise and how much water and fibre you take in daily.
From the health form I send to you via email, I can then begin to connect the dots to see why you have your health issue, or skin concern.
From here I can then begin to teach you how to awaken your body so it can start to repair and heal itself.
This is a path to healing - one foot in front of the other and you will get there.
