Remember that plants feed both US and OUR MICROBES, this is how we build GOOD HEALTH, FREE FROM DISEASES & HAPPINESS.
The nutrient, we are missing out on is FIBRE! We are forgetting to eat plants & your gut and immune system thrive on plants.
You are what you eat but you also need to think about what your microbes like to eat.
